This architecturally designed 2 storey house is beautifully located just a 100m walk from the stunning Circuit Beach. It is set in a tranquil bush setting and accommodates up to 8 adults, offering year round comfort with heating and cooling. For those cosy winter stays we have a log fire available.
With stunning ocean views you will feel at home in this beautifully finished house, with all the comforts of a high quality bespoke property!

Circuit beach is perfectly situated, just 10km south of Batemans Bay and witihin walking distance of beaches like Surf beach (just 2.5km along the beach/reserve walk) where you can grab the morning coffee.
There are no shops in Circuit beach, however just a 5 minute drive away is either Surf Beach or Malua Bay with local IGA, fish and chip shops, and coffee spots. The Eurobodella Coast offers great fishing including the Tomaga River and many other secluded spots.
Parking at the house is easy with two allocated spots in front of the garage door and plenty of street parking.
Most local attractions are accessible by vehicle.
