You are sure to be impressed with this units two bedrooms, kitchen, lounge, and spacious balcony! Cumbernauld #20 is exceptionally located, only a 50m walk to the beach in Terrigal and its beautiful shops, caf s and restaurants. Only a quick walk the other way to Terrigal Haven you will find more restaurants, an excellent beach to swim at, caf s and the skillion lookout. You can park your car and leave it there for your stay, you wont need it! The master bedroom has a queen bed, built in robes, and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has two single beds, built in robes and ceiling fan. The property has a newly renovated large bathroom with a walk-in shower and laundry. Living area has a split system air conditioning unit and a table setting for 4. The large balcony has a high table with chairs and a BBQ. The apartment is located on the third floor of the complex. *Living space contains TV, split system aircon, WiFi *Kitchen includes dishwasher, cooktop, oven, microwave and fridge. *Outdoor balcony off the living space has a bar table with stools and BBQ. *Secure entry complex, set on third level, no lift access, undercover parking. *Renovated bathroom and internal laundry. *Please note: Linen/towels supplied.
