Weclome to Echuca Retreat Holiday House. This house has it all. Location, Location, Location. Nestled in a location where you have it all. Total bush behind you, river behind you. 15 minute walk to the river with several different walking tracks. 5-10 minute walk into town. 5-10 minute walk to train station. 2 minute drive to East boat ramp. Excellent restaurants,pubs and cafes The space Boat parking and up to 3 car park space. Off road parking as well. Bedroom 1: Queen bed, walk in robe, ensuite. Bedroom 2: Queen bed, single trundle, wardrobe Bedroom 3: Bunk, double & single top, wardrobe. Each room has ceiling fans. Fly screens & locks on all windows. Fully functioning kitchen. Microwave. Wash machine. BBQ Outdoor entertainment area
