Take advantage of this beautiful two bedroom villa only meters from Mollymook's 9 hole Golf Course, Collers Beach and South End. This very nicely modern two bedroom villa allows for ease of living, featuring nice open plan, light filled areas with two spacious bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes. Enjoy a well appointed kitchen and bathroom. You can sit, relax and take in the views of the golf course and Collers Beach. This is a perfect holiday destination , where all facilities are at your fingertips. Stroll to the shops, restaurants, beach and golf club. LOCATION Mollymook is 2.5 hours drive south of Sydney and just five minutes drive from Ulladulla and Milton. There is a small local shopping center 5 minute Drive away, with a supermarket, take-away, great deli and bakery, butcher, chemist, bottle shop and newsagent.There are several craft and antique shops in Ulladulla and Milton, various art galleries and a good choice and variety of restaurants from 'cheap eats' to fine dining. The area offers a very relaxing holiday with a choice of several swimming beaches, canoeing, cinema in Ulladulla , Cupits winery tasting & dining in the tranquil hills behind Milton .
Beaches: Narrawallee, Mollymook, Rennies, Racecourse, Dolphin Point, Wairo, Tabourie and more.
