We look after this property for our friends Danielle and Simon who are kept very busy with business and their 4 children in Perth. As hosts, we find that when we go traveling we look for properties that are spacious, have quality furnishings, large comfy beds, a great outlook and are centrally located. Located minutes from beaches, local vineyards, restaurants and Dunsborough township, restaurants, cafes and pubs. Bold Spotted Gum timber floors greet you upon entry & lead you down a glass clad hall to the main open-plan living & kitchen areas. The elevated gourmet galley kitchen is a delight for the master chef in your group. The kitchen overlooks the warm and inviting living zone, complete with reverse cycle split system air-conditioning, wood burning fire, inbuilt window seating plus feature Cedar lined pitched ceiling. The abundant use of glass provides lovely rural vistas from every angle & allows light to flood the home. Stepping outside to the timber decked walkway leads you directly to the lawn and undercover gazebo – the perfect place to enjoy a glass of local wine and fire up the BBQ, whilst the kids play either on the swing, the trampoline or the purpose-built playhouse. The king master bedroom with ensuite enjoys direct access to a private lawned courtyard and is conveniently located at the front of the home to provide a private retreat. An additional 2 queen bedrooms and a bunk bedroom (with an additional king single bed) share the main bathroom and overlook the rear gazebo area. Reverse cycle air-conditioning keeps the living area warm or cool, whilst the bedrooms have excellent ventilation and ceiling fans. Internet & data points are available throughout the home. A truly unique property that will enchant you from the moment you enter. No parties or events to be held at the property. No schoolies bookings and no animals/pets please.

Situated only 7 minutes from the holiday town of Dunsborough on Geographe Bay, and a few minutes from many wonderful attractions including the internationally renowned surf of Yallingup Beach and Smith’s Beach; wonderful restaurants such as Lamont’s, Yarri, Blue Manna and Baileys; Yallingup Wood-fired Bakery; the world-famous Margaret River wine region and family favourite Simmos Ice Creamery. You will need a car. There is a parking area on the property for cars.
