Beautifully renovated first floor unit with only a very short walk to Bennetts Beach. This property has 2 generous bedrooms, new bathroom with shower and toilet, there is also a new kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, a large deck off the loungeroom (which is airconditioned) with outdoor setting and barbecue. There is a small outdoor area off the main bedroom as well. There is a pool in the complex. This property has a split system airconditioner and ceiling fans. Sleeps 5 - 2 queens and 1 single sofa bed - LINEN IS NOT SUPPLIED
