Herbert Cottage lovingly restored, located in a quiet neighbourhood but convenient to town centre. An ideal stay to explore the wonders of Tumut and the surrounding Snowy Valleys.
Quaint 1930s double brick cottage renovated and updated but still retaining original period features and charm. Surrounded by established flowering trees and garden.
3 bedrooms: 1 x king-bedroom with built-in robe, 1 x queen bedroom with built in robe plus a King-single 3rd bedroom. A modern kitchen and dining area, separate loungeroom with a cosy gas fireplace leading to a covered front verandah with seating plus outdoor seating under the rear verandah overlooking the garden and fully fenced rear yard. Updated bathroom with shower and toilet with the convenience of a second toilet off the laundry.
Climate controlled ducted air-conditioning for year round guest comfort.
The entire home and yard is available for your use (except the garage) but handy guest off-street parking in the driveway.
Located close to the Snowy Mountains Highway, local sporting fields, river walk, pool and town.
Shopping, eating and entertainment are within walking distance. That is, approximately 900m flat walk to town.
