Only a short walk from our beautiful beaches, the local general store, bottle shop, cafe, or short drive to The Store, Penguin Parade, Seal Rocks and Phillip Island Winery. Upstairs, the living, dining, and kitchen feature reverse-cycle heating and cooling, wood fire, TV and internet, large windows and a doorway leading out onto the upstairs entertaining deck. The Kitchen features a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, and all the basics to cook up an actual holiday meal. Downstairs features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles; there is an oversized living room with a wood heater, a dedicated workspace, a bathroom and laundry.
