Stunning coastal apartment, accommodating 4 guests in luxurious style and comfort. The apartment is surrounded by meticulously landscaped gardens and features fabulous indoor and outdoor living options, private off-street parking, and a comfortable stroll to the spectacular Rye foreshore. Contemporary style kitchen and living, incorporating electric cooking, all essential utensils, coffee pod machine, microwave, and a spacious fridge. Complete with cosy lounges, a wide screen TV, split system AC, and direct access to the all-weather alfresco dining and living. The main bedroom is located upstairs and features a luxury queen size bed, a TV, and a private study area. A sofa bed in the living room transforms into a super comfortable queen size bed. The bathroom features a shower, vanity, toilet, and a washing machine. The stunning outdoor living is surrounded by beautiful gardens. The garden gazebo has additional dining and seating & BBQ. Enter the property from the side street to a private driveway. Note: this apartment is located next door to the main house. Guests are required to complete a booking form, and licence ID and credit card details. No Groups Under The Age of 25
