If funds are not available for bond authorisation, self-check in access instructions for accommodation will not be provided. Bond authorisations are processed two days prior to arrival, or where booked within two days of arrival, it will be processed on booking. Parking at some Indulge Apartments properties is very limited, please contact the property to discuss your parking requirements if this is important to you. Please contact the Indulge Apartments during reception hours only (Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm and Weekends and Public Holidays 9am to 7.30 pm (at your earliest convenience) prior arrival to request your self-access check in instructions and access codes (as there is no onsite reception), in line with the hotel terms of stay. Afterhours access will not be given to guests that have not confirmed their booking with the hotel directly via phone during reception hours and provided all identification and other details that are required to confirm the guests booking; And no cancellation will be accepted in this event. No refunds will be issued.
