Four bedroom air conditioned restored federation home on the corner of Landsborough St and Memorial Ave. Plenty of living space for the family, 2 TV's, DVD player, dishwasher, 2 bathrooms, own laundry with washer and dryer. Front veranda to relax on away from the afternoon sun and a great fenced courtyard with outdoor setting and gas BBQ, double lock-up garage and room for a boat in the driveway. Ceiling fans to bedrooms. Outdoor shower for washing off after you've been to the beach. A flat 340m walk to the beach for a swim or less to the shops, cafes, restaurants and pub. Now has wifi & Netflix.
Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting. You need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels and tablecloths, etc. You also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap and dishwashing liquid, etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.
