This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home overlooks the serene Lillydale Lake and the stunning Yarra Valley. From the master bedroom and family room, dramatic afternoon sunsets bathe the valley in golden light, offering a perfect end to each day. A short stroll down the hill leads to Lillydale Lake’s abundant facilities, including bike trails, running tracks, and scenic views of the Dandenong Ranges. Just a short drive away is the world-famous Yarra Valley, making this lake house the ideal blend of nature, recreation, and convenience. It has a steep driveway but the best view on the street!
I live locally to the house and can help with lots of local information like the best coffee places or nicest areas for a walk.
It’s a beautiful wide street with families. The area is quiet and there is a bus that passes and the bus stop is 200m away and connects you to trains. It has a lively atmosphere for Halloween and the two weeks leading up to Christmas with Christmas lights so please keep this in mind if you book this time and are looking for peace and quiet as the street can get busy till 9-10pm
