Located in the beautiful tropical paradise of the Gold Coast, Mari Court Resort offers comfortable, self-catering, accommodation just 250 metres from the patrolled beaches of Surfers Paradise. Guests enjoy a swimming pool, spa, barbecue set within beautiful tropical gardens and a games room. There is also a mini put-put golf course which is free to play. Mari Court Resort is a 15 minute walk or a 6-minute tram ride to Surfers Paradise's dining and shopping areas and from Broadbeach Oasis. The Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre is less than 5 minutes' drive or single stop away. Florida Gardens Station is the closest station from the accommodation. All air-conditioned accommodation boasts at least 2 private balconies and a fully equipped kitchen. The spacious dining and lounge area has TV with cable channels. 500MB of free WiFi is available per day for up to 6 devices per room. Reception can help with WiFi set up. You can play a round of mini golf with friends or dine outdoors with a barbecue by sunset. The tour desk can arrange tickets for a multitude of day tours or to the Dreamworld, Movie World and Wet 'n' Wild theme parks.

The fine print
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same as the credit card used to make the booking and in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Please note that there is a charge of up to 2% when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Mari Court Resort is a 3-story building with no elevators. Access is via stairs only. Please note that during school holidays or 'Schoolies Period', any person 18 years of age staying as a guest, the following will apply: - A valid photo ID is required. - Each guest must be over 18 years of age, and if not, then parents or guardians will need to contact the property prior to arrival to provide written consent. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. All guests must sign the property's Terms of Stay.
