Perfect in every way for boaties/fishing crew with secure parking for at least 2 boats inside the yard, easy access, fully fenced, extra fridge/freezers and pet friendly. Marine Break ticks all the boxes. Air-conditioned open plan lounge/kitchen areas. Four spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms sleeping 8 - Free Wifi The double yard gates open right up making for ease of access to park your boats, fish filleting tables, extra fridge freezers, chest freezers and a bar fridge provided in garage. A spacious modern four bed room two bathroom house with lovely timber flooring, verandahs and full facilities conveniently located between Agnes Water and 1770 (2km each way) , close to the beach and only 2km drive to the boat ramp at 1770. - Sleeps 8 in 4 spacious bedrooms - Two queen beds and four single beds - Timber polished floors throughout - Main Bathroom and ensuite with bath tubs - Very spacious entertainment lounge with broad couch and flat screen television for family movie nights - Fully self-contained spacious kitchen with dishwasher plus everything you need to cook up a storm - Ceiling fans and laundry provided - Large deck with Bbq - Fully fenced enclosed yard, great for the kids, pets and room for 2 large boats plus 1 at the side of the house - store up to 3 boats safely.
