Absolute Yarra River frontage. There are many waterfront restaurants and coffee shops in the docklands precinct including Victoria Harbour, which is only a few minutes walk from the apartment. A short stroll to Marvel Stadium for AFL and many other sporting and entertainment events. Very close to Southern Cross Station. Walking distance to the Docklands Precinct. Close to Crown Casino, the Aquarium and Southbank. For sports fans, a short train or tram ride will take you to the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) and Rod Laver Arena, and AAMI Park. *Located in a free tram Zone - tram stop literally out the building front entrance, provides easy access to Melbourne's inner city. Located in Melbourne CBD's free Tram zone. Close to Southern Cross Train Station. There are also Taxi Ranks nearby and plenty of Uber drivers only a few minutes away.
