HOUSE RULES
-Check-in: after 3:00 pm | Checkout: by 10:00 am
-No smoking, parties, or events
-Pets are allowed (special requirements are in place for this. Please refer to the additional rules below)
In line with the Short Term Rental Accommodation (STRA) Legislation (NSW 2020), guests must follow these rules.
-Please inform us of any extra guests or day visitors for safety and insurance purposes.
-In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay.
-Maximum overnight guests: 10. Day visitors: up to 5 extra people (total max 15 on the property at any time). Written approval is required for any visitors beyond booked guests.
-No smoking—evidence of smoking may incur a 500 AUD fine.
-Respect our neighbours—no loitering outside or in shared areas, and please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 9 pm.
-This is a strict no-party home. Breach of house rules may result in eviction without refund.
- We are a pet-friendly property. We ask all our guests to contact us for approval of pets before booking and include your request in the reservation form as there is a pet fee of 110 AUD per stay to cover the cost of extra cleaning and disinfection. Please do not allow your pets to do on the furniture.
-Late check-outs or early check-ins must be requested in advance and may incur a fee.
-Date changes are only possible if your check-in is more than a month away and are subject to approval and possible surcharges.
-Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
-We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
-The fireplaces are for display only and cannot be used.
-Portable heaters are provided throughout the home for comfort during cooler days.
