This stylish cottage is only a few minutes to the pet friendly Bagnall Beach, bowling club, Golf Club and surrounding tourist attractions.  Also only a few minutes walk into the heart of Nelson Bay where you will find cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping or enjoy a leisurely walk along the beach, sunset over the water, a relaxing swim or watch the kids play on the playground. It has been newly renovated and is well appointed with a sunny disposition, water views, ducted air conditioning and functional living areas. Mon Reve is a relaxing holiday destination for couples, friends and families. This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay. Pets are not welcome at this property. This property does not have Wi-fi. Parking - Lock up garage

Port Stephens is an easy 2.5 hours from Sydney, with its 26 beautiful beaches, the largest stunning sand dunes in the southern hemisphere, Great Lakes Marine Park and a National Park encompassing 42,000 hectares of Worimi Conservation Lands with fantastic coastal walks. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing. So many activities to do - Diving, fishing, Dolphin and Whale watching, Camel & Horse riding on the beach, boat hire, 4WD and quadbike sand dune rides, Golf, Health & Wellbeing and shopping are to just name a few.

Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighbouring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. The guest acknowledges that they are required to complete an online check in form prior to the day of arrival. ID such as a license is required. Feel free to blur address on license. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.
