Summertime and warmer weather makes us want to lighten up, throw the windows open and infuse every inch with easy, breezy coastal style and while staying at No.1 Mollymook Beach you won't be disappointed. No.1 is located just a short walk from the pure waters of Mollymook Beach. On the ground level is the double garage with internal access, not for cars but a games heaven with table tennis, pool table, seating and TV. Kitchen, shower/laundry, seperate toilet, open plan living/dining leading out to the large paved entertaining courtyard with dining facilities and undercover lounge and BBQ perfect for that Summer lunch or dinner. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms all with built in robes, the main with small balcony and also the main bathroom. There is also a communal swimming pool, BBQ area and tennis court.
