As you enter through the front door, you will see the beautiful ceiling to floor mural of Norris Headland Cabarita Beach. The first level consists of two living areas, dining room, a bedroom with an ensuite and a huge well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances that opens to a large alfresco area poolside. This home has a swimming pool in the backyard which includes sun beds to relax on while soaking up the sunny weather. The outdoor undercover area overlooks the pool area and has a Barbeque, outdoor table and chairs which are perfect for Barbeques or entertaining. Whether you are looking to enjoy a holiday with the family, friends or even both this property will suit all your needs! A highchair is also available at the property for guest use. Kingscliff is a beautiful coastal town with many great beaches, creeks, and estuaries to enjoy year-round. With the gorgeous Cudgen creek boasting a large array of sea life, many locals and visitors enjoy snorkelling through or fishing north of the bridge. Local events are frequently held on the foreshore including surf competitions, festivals, and fundraisers. Beachside markets are held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 1pm. Throughout the year dolphins frequent the river mouth, and between April to November the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration. Kingscliff is the jewel of the Tweed Coast, enjoy the beautiful coastal atmosphere that the town brings, with plenty to see and do in and surrounding the town.
