Nestled in the heart of Kirra/Coolangatta on the Southern Gold Coast, Surf View Kirra offers a bright and quiet apartment with breathtaking views of the Surfers Paradise skyline and the sparkling Pacific Ocean. Wake up to the sound of waves, sip your morning coffee on the balcony, and unwind in the evening with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the ocean. When night falls, explore the vibrant dining scene of Kirra and Coolangatta—just a short stroll away. For surf lovers, Kirra Beach’s legendary right-hander is just steps from your door. If the swell isn’t working, it’s an easy 20-minute walk to the world-famous Snapper Rocks and Rainbow Bay.
We love sharing our home with guests and hope it becomes your home away from home. When we stay, we spend hours watching the waves and beach life through the binoculars (yours to use!), surfing (we’ve got two little groms in the family), fishing at the Kirra gutters, and walking to Point Danger and the QLD/NSW border. We usually park for free on the street and walk everywhere—keeping life simple and stress-free.
🌊 World-class surf beaches at your doorstep 🍽️ Dozens of restaurants within a 2–10 minute walk 🛒 Full-sized Woolworths supermarket just 10 minute stroll 🎬 The Strand cinema for rainy-day movies (less than 10 minutes on foot) 🐨 Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary – a 10-minute drive 🌿 Gold Coast Hinterland day trips – Springbrook National Park is our favorite, just under an hour away Our unit is perched on the second level of the building, accessible via two short flights of stairs (please note there is no lift). The elevated position offers beautiful views and a peaceful retreat above Kirra Beach. To reach the beach, guests can enjoy a scenic walk down the stairs from Kirra Hill, or take the nearby walkway for a gentler descent. Either way, you're just minutes from the sand and surf!
