We are close to the vibrant Manly Village Cafe Precinct, Marinas, bustling weekend markets, waterfront walking, biking, parklands. 10 min walk to train station. Its quiet here in leafy Lota but close to a myriad of activities. We enjoy fabulous bay breezes as we are right on the Esplanade . When at home you can relax in your own fully self contained 2 bedroom lower level of our house with exclusive use of the pool and BBQ. Bedroom one has a Queen size bed and bedroom 2 has 2 King Single beds. A perfect short or long stay. No shared spaces. VERY CONVENIENT TO RQYS & SLEEMAN COMPLEX.
Jim and Sylvia here. We are a semi retired professional couple. We love living on the foreshore and socialising in the many nearby cafes. Sylvia has found a new passion in managing the B&B. We are more than happy to assist with recommendations of nearby places of interest to visit. A good supply of travel brochures supplied by the local visitor information centre are located in the lounge room. These are updated regularly. This is our home in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We ask our guests to please be mindful of respecting the quiet enjoyment of our neighbours whilst staying here.
We are a 10 minute walk to the train station at Lota. There is good offstreet parking across the road from the house next to parkland as you will see in the photos.
