Executive complex in Boat Harbour with gorgeous views. Amazing three bedroom holiday townhouse located on the peak of Boat Harbour giving you wide views over One Mile and the bushland with WiFi and air conditioning. A modern townhouse minutes from the beach with breath-taking views over the endless bushland and rolling mountains of Boat Harbour. Relaxing on this balcony with views as magnificent as this is the true recipe for relaxation. Once you open the bi-fold doors, the whole room lights up with the sun beaming in. There is Free WiFi throughout the house, a large flat screen TV and a comfortable leather lounge combined with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso Pod Machine. Enjoy the gas BBQ and outdoor setting on the balcony to unwind in the afternoon. There is an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer and a single lock up garage plus an additional car space. You can utilise the fantastic communal infinity pool, spa and BBQ area that the One Mile Ridge complex offers. Please Note: There is no parking in the complex for boats or jet skis and the complex actively enforces a no parties of any kind policy. Pid-Stra-11446
