Arriving at this property, you’ll be enamoured by its charm. It has a provincial-style aesthetic clad in pretty pink, with a front porch that encourages morning coffees outdoors while taking in the crisp country air. Inside, contemporary, and classic meet to create an idyllic stay in central Mudgee. Ample windows flood the inside in beautiful natural light. A generously sized kitchen combined with a BBQ outside encourages you to make a feast, utilising the region’s bounty of fresh produce. A breakfast bar allows you to take things slow, while dual living spaces create separate zones between adults and kids. You’ll sleep easy in three immaculately presented bedrooms. The combination of air-conditioning, heating and ceiling fans keeps things comfortable no matter when you are travelling. The primary bedroom highlights a queen-sized bed and comes with a neat ensuite bathroom, ample wardrobe space and own TV. The second bedroom is also a queen, while the third bedroom has two singles, ideal for those travelling with the family. The main bathroom features both a bathtub and separate shower, while laundry facilities comprising both a washing machine and dryer add to your everyday convenience. Parking is provided on the driveway. The property is within a battle-axe block, requiring access through a long driveway leading to the rear of an adjacent property. Feel free to request additional amenities for an extra fee, such as a porta cot, cot linen and towel, a high chair, or a rollaway bed suitable for a small child, including bedding and linen. Only small-breed pets are allowed with added charges. Firewood packs can only supplied to guests from April to September. Please note, firewood can be pre-order and purchased at an additional cost. Please let us know at the time of booking if you wish to arrange for firewood to be provided.
