A simply stunning holiday home, which is also pet friendly. Minutes from beach and shops, sea views, hinterland vistas, heated swimming pool, heated outdoor spa, a home cinema with 82" TV and cinema chairs & NBN ultrafast broadband. Has 3 levels, fully air conditioned, with 6 large bedrooms, 2 full master suites, & 5 bathrooms. Linen & towels included. Parties or events are not allowed, no noise after 9pm, and you must be 21 to book. Strict Noosa Council code of conduct applies

Neighbourhood information

Peregian Beach is a family neighbourhood, our house is not a party house or for loud music or heavy drinking. We respect our neighbours right to quiet evenings. Nearby is a lovely shopping centre, includes an IGA (on small side) with lovely gift shops, restaurants and spa/nail/massage shops. It has the advantage of being less busy and has a more relaxed vibe than Hastings st. Most shops are pet friendly. The beach here has lifeguards. We are a 15 minute drive to Hastings street or to Noosa Civic Centre. All easy drives. Target, Movie theatre at Noosaville plus lots homeware shops. Yes close to bus service. You can walk to Peregian Beach village within a few minutes. 1.5 hour drive from Brisbane Airport or a 30 minute drive from the Sunshine Coast Airport.
