Tucked away off the street behind the main house, this one-bedroom, one-bathroom haven offers a central location with contemporary décor and modern amenities for a delightful stay. ****Ample on-street parking **** Just a brief stroll from the CBD, popular attractions, dining venues, brewery, clubs, and nightlife. Additionally, it's conveniently positioned only two minute walking distance from the charming Keppel Street. Guests enjoy their own private entrance, making our space ideal for a weekend getaway to explore the beautiful Bathurst region or to simply unwind. It's also perfect for business travellers or a comfortable work-from-home alternative. Piper Apartment caters to your needs with amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, spilt system to keep you cool in summer and cozy in winter plus blackout roller shutters and access to Wi-Fi and Netflix. Guests enter through the front gate and follow the path along the right side of the main house, providing access to the entire apartment and the backyard, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable arrival.
