    We loved the layout of the house, it was very family friendly. Outdoor covered eating area as well as a kids playroom near the laundry, which has a shower and toilet. A good sized fenced backyard for games with the children, plenty of shade as well.

    Great facilities. Lots of room and plenty of beds. Good kitchen amenities. Pleasant outlook to the garden which is enclosed. Would be great for multiple young families. Very clean.

    The property was very cosy, nicely furnished and very comfortable. However is was very cold and we were not able to heat the property sufficiently. communication was difficult but we managed.

Plum Tree Cottage - Easy access off Mittagong Road Close to swimming pool, the Cherry Tree walking track, Gib walking trails, Gibraltar Resort Golf Course (old Bowral Country club), 1 loft bedroom upstairs with 6 singles - ideal for children and including smart TV and r/c air-conditioning, formal living and dining room (table seats 8-10) with gas log fire large casual living and dining area (table seats 6-8), central heating throughout, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove top, large oven and coffee machine, 1 ensuite and one large family bathroom with claw foot bath, laundry has additional toilet and shower, washing machine and dryer, outdoor covered entertaining area with BBQ and seating, fully fenced rear garden, complimentary highchair & Complimentary travel cot (BYO linen), Wi-Fi, laptop friendly, pet friendly. This property has staggered pricing over 10 guests. Please declare accurate guest numbers at the time of booking and update these if your numbers increase before arrival. The tariff is for up to 10 guests and there is a surcharge of 25 AUD per person per night for any extra guests staying to a maximum of 16 guests.
