Just a quick walk around the corner and you’re at the beach! This beach house is perfect for your next getaway. Comprising of 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom – all downstairs. Upstairs you will find an open plan kitchen, dining and living area that opens out onto the beautiful deck soaking up all the afternoon sun. You will also find a second undercover entertaining area downstairs which can be enclosed. Off street parking at the property and also drive through access to a fully fenced yard. **A security deposit is required before arrival. This deposit is refundable upon check-out and subject to an inspection of the accommodation. Payment before check-in via cleared funds / bank transfer is required. Cash deposits upon arrival cannot be accommodated. Access to the property will not be provided without receipt of security deposit.
