Property info

Riverfront Breeze is a two-bedroom apartment with lovely vistas over the Maroochy River and North out to the ocean past the river, you'll love this fully self-contained apartment. A great spot for relaxing, walking/exercising or taking the children to the park and entertaining the children. The park and Cotton Tree swimming pool across the road . Please note The Cosmopolitan is a residence and does not operate as a resort/hotel. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.

Neighborhood info

Centrally located in the heart of Maroochydore business centre and close by to Cotton Tree. Directly across the road is a park which runs along the Maroochy River where you can entertain family, friends or children. The parklands have BBQ facilities seating etc for simply relaxing away in the sunshine. Cotton Tree public pool is also at the end of the parklands. The unit is close to many coffee shops, restaurants, boutique shops and larger shopping centre. The Tourism informatin is also close by where you can drop in and plan your days on the lovely Sunshine Coast which includes the hinterland of Maleny, Montville etc. The hinterland has many walking trails, waterfalls, bird watching or if you are more adventurous try tandem skydiving, jet ski hire or maybe scuba diving the Brisbane wreck.
