Relax & unwind in this lovely light filled townhouse that is perfectly located, with beautiful Port Phillip Bay a short stroll away, Rosebud shops & local tourist attractions being a short drive. Strictly no parties – No groups under 25 years of age. This property does not accept hens or bucks gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests. This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests. If you wish to book between November 28th – December 6th, please call Getaway Property Management to discuss. Guests are required to complete a booking form and provide licence ID for guests and a credit card details prior to check in.
