Located in the Mirvac Seapoint Tower, next to The Sebel Hotel. Why stay in a pokey motel room when you can stay in a fully furnished residential apartment for less. Full use of facilities including heated swimming pool, gym and spa. Undercover secure parking for two cars. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with one king and one queen bed and can accommodate 4. High calibre property over two levels in a great location within walking distance to the town centre and easy access to the walkway. Apartment overlooks the Mandurah Estuary and Peel Inlet with views from the 1st and second floor balconies. Rates include a weekly linen and towel change.
