Private, Pet friendly, central & secure little hideaway retreat only 4 blocks to the main town centre of Ballarat! Only 8 minutes walk to the business district and thriving cafes, & less than 5 minute drive to Sovereign Hill! Enjoy being able to cook a meal in the shiny new kitchen that spills straight out onto an alfresco entertainment zone. Be Surrounded by afternoon birdsong outside, before snuggling up on the couch with a movie after a day site seeing or enjoying the local day spas.

Neighborhood info

We are located next door to a factory business, but don't let this put you off. Of a night it's super quiet & of a day, they do their own thing. Once inside the property, you'd never know they were there. There is a cracking bakery/cafe across the other side of Skipton Street and Supermarkets are approx 1 KM away. THere is also great coffee shops (called Europa and L'Espresso located in Sturt Street (8 minutes walk away) Public transport is less than 100 metres from the front door and it's an 8 minute walk to the main city centre. Less than a 5 minute drive to sovereign hill and local day spas. Daylesford natural springs are approx 45 minutes drive from Ballarat. Ballarat also has a train station located in the City Centre that has regular trains to and from Melbourne.
