We welcome you to Serenity @ Island Beach... Serenity @ Island Beach is a quaint self-contained unit. A short 15-minute drive from the ferry terminal at Penneshaw and a five-minute stroll to the one of Kangaroo Islands most beautiful beaches. The newly renovated unit consists of an open plan living and bedroom area with kitchenette, shower and toilet. Relax and unwind at this peaceful location amongst the wildlife and take in all that Kangaroo Island has to offer by staying at a central and serene location. The unit has a double and single bed for guests. A single stretcher-bed is available upon request for additional charge. It is the perfect base for a small family or couple to stay while they enjoy the Island's world famous attractions. The kitchenette has a microwave, toaster, air fryer, small refrigerator, sink and tea/coffee making facilities. Free BBQ facilities are located at Brown Beach, a short 5-minute drive from the property.

Island Beach is a quiet beachside coastal village, often shared with native wildlife including the endangered glossy blacks, kangaroos, wallabies, and echidnas. Golf enthusiasts are encouraged to stay whilst taking advantage of the close proximity of one of the world's greatest golf courses, "The Cliffs" opening in early 2026 - located less than 15 minutes from the property. Keen fishermen are encouraged to try their hand a fishing in the clear, untouched waters of Kangaroo Island, boasting the famous King George Whiting, one of Australia's premier table fish. With vehicle access to the beach less than 2 minutes away, you are able to drive your vehicle onto the beach while you enjoy water activities in the sheltered bay.
