It’s the ONLY ONE on the 10th floor. It’s in the central of Melbourne CBD. This apartment is on Collins Street(near William St) opposite Intercontinental Hotel and the new W hotel. This unique apartment being the only one on the 10th floor, is decorated in a chic style and offers a warm retreat after busy shopping or entertaining in the world class Collins street.

Collins Street is the most famous street in Melbourne. It rivals 5th Avenue (New York), Huaihai Road(Shanghai) and Orchard Road (Singapore). It is home to the top brands such as Louis Vuitton, Dior, Hermès and Chanel. There is also a wide range of high class restaurants and hotels. Shopping, brunch and entertainment are all catered for. Numerous coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Try dinner at Da Guido followed by a night cap at Ms. Collins. Degraves st. Has the best choice of Melbourne’s brunch scene and The Intercontinental Hotel offers a 5 star experience. The most convenient way from Airport is Uber or Taxi, around 30-40 minutes. If Skybus, please take off at Southern Cross Station, 10 minutes walking distance to our place.
