We LOVE Dunsborough, and we love all the food and wine options that this area has to offer. We want people to enjoy staying at the cottage and create memories in this beautiful part of the world. We want you to come and relax in a family friendly house that has all the amenities you need (except for bed linen, towels and toiletries). Our reward is getting people to share great moments in our home and build memories. Stableford Cottage is a 3x2 self contained home in Dunsborough, with great golf views, close to the CBD and the beach, with free WiFi, and a fully fenced garden. This family home is kids friendly with an outdoor playground and a TV room, bikes and a bike trailer for you to use and ride to the beach nearby and the shops and cafes. Ideally located in the heart of Dunsborough and about 10 min drive from Yallingup & Meelup beaches, and an ideal gateway to the Margaret River region with heaps of wineries and breweries in the area. We provide a dishwasher, a washing machine, comfortable beds, heating and A/C, a Nespresso coffee machine, a BBQ .... We ask our guests to bring their own bed linen (flat sheets, quilt covers and pillow covers), towels and toiletries. We do provide tea towels, sponges and hand soap. There is plenty of parking on the property. The house has been fully refurbished (except for the bathrooms) in 2019 for a more modern look and feel. The outdoor seating space is great to relax and enjoy the Golf views. Our house is Kids friendly with Kids books, DVDs, toys, swings, high chairs, portable cot kids cutlery.

Ideally located in the Dunsborough Lakes Golf course in a quiet dead-end, the cottage has golf views over hole #7. The house is in a residential are and is located nearby wineries and breweries, and idyllic beaches such as Yallingup and Meelup. It is located in the Margaret River region and is close to points of interest such as Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse, Ngilgi Cave, Old Dunsborough, the Busselton Jetty, Canal Rocks, Smiths Beach… It is less than 2km from the calm and warm waters of Geographe Bay. Some interesting places to visit: Simmo's ice creamery, coffee shops, bakeries, plenty of restaurant and tavern options in Dunsborough CBD. Also the Coles Supermarket and the petrol station are less than 5 min drive.
