Spectacular view of Melbourne CBD, sunsets and surrounding suburbs from the rooftop spa, garden and bbq area. 1 king(splittable) + 1 queen bed Coffee Machine Large 55” HD Smart TV, various games and book exchange DESCRIPTION: This is an apartment in a well maintained, quiet complex. Perfect for four, this is a two-bedroom apartment: with a comfortable queen bed, (splittable) king bed, and garden courtyard with marble topped table and 6 chairs. There are mirrored robes with hanging space and lots of hangers, reverse cycle air conditioning and heating. The bathroom has bath towels (and spares), adjustable shower height and a hair dryer. A clothes airer, small step ladder and extra blankets are provided. It has a fully equipped kitchen and its own laundry facilities, as well as a comfy living area with private garden views. Be sure to wander up to the 6th floor for a morning spa and watch the city come to life. **Please note: We will collect credit card details prior to your stay to act as security. Property may also be subject to a refundable bond under some circumstances.

Neighbourhood information

This location is perfect for walking, so most errands can be accomplished on foot. It is a three-minute walk from Auburn Station and then four stops into Flinders St or one stop to Camberwell, for shopping and more dining and cafe options. If you want to be close to the city, but not in the city, this is the place to stay. Hawthorn is a gentrified area, so the area has all the benefits of a great selection of cafes, restaurants, shops and everyday requirements. It is surrounded by Camberwell and Kew, both of which are lovely areas. Very close by in Auburn Road, you will find an interesting selection of colourful shops, cafes, restaurants, ATMS etc; all your everyday needs are catered for. There are plenty of bars, and a lively music scene as well with the Auburn Hotel, having a fabulous courtyard restaurant and the Tower hotel is just around the corner. For more great restaurants, cafes, bars and a brilliant cinema visit Camberwell village, only a short stroll down Camberwell Road. The area is among the best-served by public transport in Melbourne.

Please note that there is a 1.7% charge when you pay with a Visa or MasterCard and 3.42% for American Express. Check-in is from 15:00 hours. All guests will be greeted on arrival. For guests arriving between 22:00 and 08:00, an AU100 fee will apply. A surcharge of AU50 will apply to all arrivals on public holidays. All requests for early/late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. ETA changes need to be notified at least one hour in advance. If this is not done or the guest does not present themselves at the agreed time, an AU100 no-show fee will be charged. Payment of any kind cannot be made on arrival. A deposit needs to be paid at the time of booking, and the balance at least 7 days in advance of the arrival date. We will also require your direct email, a photo of you holding your photo ID and a list of guest names and ages to be uploaded into StayCentral's guest portal before your booking can be confirmed.
