Staged over two levels, it boasts spacious interiors, designed to maximise the sea views and provide opportunities for alfresco dining. Entering the property, a timber staircase whisks you upstairs to the expansive open plan kitchen, living and dining area and out to the spacious balcony, which bathes the space in beautiful natural light and sea breezes. Generous sofa seating makes it easy for groups to unwind, while a large TV caters to your evening entertainment. The family will also enjoy a rumpus room and pool table. Get together around the dining table, cooking up a feast on the BBQ or within the gourmet kitchen fully equipped with top-quality appliances for your holiday catering. Downstairs a second kitchen leads directly to the back deck and garden, where a grassy yard makes it easy for kids to play outdoors. Sleep easy within six immaculate bedrooms, plus two pull-out couches in the third living area sleeping two additional guests. Downstairs, you'll find two sumptuous king rooms and three king single rooms which can be pushed to create king beds upon request. Upstairs is a sixth bedroom with a double bed. The master enjoys beachfront views and benefits from a stylish ensuite bathroom. Guests will have access to two full bathrooms downstairs, one with a bathtub, as well as one beautiful bathroom upstairs highlighting a double rain shower Garage parking is provided for two cars, while an internal laundry adds to your holiday convenience.

Nestled across the harbour from Newcastle’s city centre, the coastal suburb of Stockton has become a popular holiday spot for nature-loving families. It’s surrounded by the water, with the Hunter River on one side and Stockton Beach on the other. Ride a bike along the waterfront from Little Beach to Griffith Park, stopping for a scenic picnic. Explore the famous sand dunes at Stockton Beach on four-wheel drive or sand boarding. The beach is also popular for swimming, surfing and fishing and offers BBQ facilities, a children’s playground and local cafe. You can hop on a quick ferry ride to the city centre from Stockton to Queens Wharf or take the easy 25-minute drive.
