This well-presented studio apartment is located right in the heart of Fitzroy, between Smith St and Brunswick St, so close to an array of shops, pubs, restaurants, transport, universities, hospitals and the CBD. Within 200 metres of the front door, turn right and you can enjoy the awesome Napier Hotel or turn left for all that Smith Street has to offer.
