Kick back and relax in this calm, light and airy space with sea views. Situated on the outskirts of Port Lincoln, just the right distance to be peaceful, on a quiet road, yet still close enough to zip into town. (6 km). This comfortable and ultra-clean one bedroom apartment features air conditioning, a plush queen bed, bedroom with door to provide privacy from living area. Bathroom with sink, toilet and a shower over bath. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash included. Sofa bed with topper and/or plush single floor mattress also available (please request at time of booking). Surrounded by nature, even the occasional koala visit. Enjoy the views whilst you sip your morning cuppa and listen to the birds sing. Coffee machine and pods provided. 1km to the sea and gorgeous “Old Road” Walking Trail along the seafront. Premium linen included.
Hi, I’m Mel. About me-I love animals and nature, good food and wine, and the company of family and friends. I enjoy hosting my self contained studio, which is light and airy, private and exceptionally clean. Set in a quiet location on the outskirts of Port Lincoln, just 5 minutes from town. I love to make my guests feel comfortable and relaxed during their time away, and have set up the studio to reflect this. I am happy to answer questions or give local recommendations via calls/texts at anytime but if I don’t hear from you, I will leave you in peace to self check in, and enjoy your getaway! One of the most rewarding things about hosting is having return guests, after they enjoyed their stay the first time around. Welcome and enjoy your stay!
Quiet area, 5 acre property, surrounded by similar sized properties, in a lovely neighbourhood. Free, ample parking/turning room right outside the studio. City centre, main foreshore, beaches, wineries, cafes and restaurants only about a 5 minute drive away.
