Only a stones throw away from the beach this modern duplex provides water views from the sunny front balcony and offers outdoor dining at its best in the undercover entertaining area overlooking the 6 seater spa, bonus of being pet friendly (outdoor only) and suitable for a small breed of dog. Tri-level withthree bedrooms,two living areas and plenty of space. The main living area has a rear projector, giving you the feel you're at the movies and the property has air conditioning (Reverse Cycle), WIFI and Netflix.  The modern renovated fully equipped kitchen comes complete with a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and full cooking facilities.   There is an internal laundry with a washing machine, dryer and second toilet.   The dining area opens out onto the alfresco undercover dining area and gas BBQ, this property is perfect for families or couples, enjoy a casual walk on the beach, national park walkways or be more adventurous and try the sand dunes, camel rides or surf schools. There is a double garage with internal access and room on the driveway for a boat and third vehicle, we also manage unit 1 so this is sensational for 2 larger families to be able to go away to

Port Stephens is an easy 2.5 hours from Sydney, with its 26 beautiful beaches, the largest stunning sand dunes in the southern hemisphere, Great Lakes Marine Park and a National Park encompassing 42,000 hectares of Worimi Conservation Lands with fantastic coastal walks. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing. So many activities to do - Diving, fishing, Dolphin and Whale watching, Camel & Horse riding on the beach, boat hire, 4WD and quadbike sand dune rides, Golf, Health & Wellbeing and shopping are to just name a few.
