Property information

Sybella is ideally located within a few minutes walk to Merimbula's town centre. No need for a car, just park at the property and walk to everything Merimbula has to offer - the cafes, shops, beach, clubs, cinema and restaurants. The truly perfect Location. The property comprises 5 bedrooms (sleeps 10) Upstairs consists of 4 bedrooms, bedroom one has a King, bedroom 2 a queen, bedroom 3 - 2 x king singles and bedroom 4 - 2 x single beds. Upstairs can be rented on it's own sleeping 8 with the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Downstairs can NOT be rented on it's own but sleeps an additional 2 with the 1 bedroom having a queen bed and a bathroom. Sybella is air conditioned, has a bath tub, TV, DVD & CD player, laundry with washing machine & dryer, parking for 3 cars, space for a boat and an enclosed yard.
