About this property

Just 20 metres from Sylvan Beach, The Gums Anchorage offers a saltwater pool, a sauna and a full-size tennis court. Each of the self-contained apartments features a patio or balcony offering views over Pumicestone Passage. All apartments have a living area with a dining setting, a sofa and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player. Some apartments offer cable channels or BBQ facilities. Each apartment includes a secure car parking garage for 1 small car only. Situated on Bribie Island, The Gums Anchorage Apartments are 5 minutes’ walk from Bellara’s shops and restaurants. We have been established in the property management for 20 yrs Currently looking after Sylvan Beach resort and The Gums Anchorage Apartments both on Sylvan Beach Esplanade Waterfront. We can offer a variety of apartments for guests from 2 persons Studio or upto 8 guests in a larger 3 bedroom apartment.

Large Waterfront Apartment, named after many ships that traded in the area during the early settlements Historic, Iconic are some of the terms guests have used to describe.

Quiet family friendly Beach opposite our apartments, with large walkways along the waterfront.
