We require guests to accomplish their online guest portal for further confirmation of their identify (upload VALID ID and sign rental agreement). Only 1 set of keys are given, please manage your expectations. Mid stay clean available for long stay guests of 28+ nights. [NOTE: during mid stay cleanings, it's "only cleaning", no linens/towels change or refills. Mid stay cleanings are required to check the property's condition as well. This may be done atleast 2 times depending on the length of stay.] For stays of 7+ nights, a deep cleaning fee applies. For stays of 7 nights or fewer, an extra cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning is needed. Fees vary based on cleaning time. Access to the pool and gym is managed by the building and varies between stays. Access resets weekly, and guests must attend an induction on Tuesdays between 6-8 PM. As such, "amenities access is not guaranteed" during your stay, especially for short or weekend bookings. We suggest arranging access early, though availability may still vary. No onsite parking, but there is a pay parking at Crown Multi-Level Carpark. Please note that this property operates as a short stay rental and may exhibit minor wear and tear due to regular usage. This is a private apartment in a residential building, not a hotel room. The keys are collected from a nearby convenience store within walking distance. The check-in and check-out process is self-service.
