The Villa On Pine Tree Avenue. Modern self-contained 2 bedroom villa overlooking the Tamar River in Grindelwald The Villa on Pine Tree Avenue is set amongst 3 acres of gardens with wild life at your front door, from curious Paddy Melon's and Kangaroo's to "show off" Wedge Tail Eagles who perform daily in front of your window. The Villa is next door to Tamar Ridge Winery: home of Browns Brothers, Devils and Perie wines, some of the best Tasmania has to offer. We are 2 minutes away from Tamar Valley Resort which has it's own 9-hole golf course & Swiss Village. Legana shopping centre, with pub and take away's is a 5 minute drive and Launceston city centre 15 minutes.
Located near "SwissVillage" of Grindelwald, 15 min from Launceston at the end of a quiet cut-de sac, high on the hill with sweeping views of the Tamar Valley. The Villa On Pine Tree Avenue.
