Top of the Dunes is the perfect place to relax, enjoy & use as a base to explore the beautiful Northern Rivers region. The space features 2 large bedrooms (both with smart TVs and queen beds), 2 bathrooms (one with bath), fully equipped kitchen with all new amenities and appliances. With a generous east facing balcony and breathtaking ocean views that is perfect for early morning coffees as well as a sunset glass of wine. You could even spot whales in the winter, without leaving the apartment! Complete with the extra touches that make it a home away from home, like laundry with washer/dryer combo, full-sized fridge, oven, gas cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, Weber Baby Q BBQ and Fetch TV box in the lounge. The bedrooms are carpeted and the main bedroom features an ensuite. The entire apartment benefits from ducted air-conditioning. The complex has a pool and indoor/outdoor rec area with communal BBQ facilities as well as a well-equipped gym, overlooking the pool. Guests have full access to unlimited wi-fi throughout the apartment. There is 2 secure undercover carparks (tandem) included. The coastal towns of Kingscliff / Casuarina are a beloved holiday destination. It is a unique place, with a small-town vibe, yet is so close to everything. The Gold Coast Airport is just 15 minutes away (if you are planning on flying) and Byron Bay is 30 minutes. Brisbane is just a little more than one hour.  Dune Thirteen is located in the heart of Seaside Village, just a hop, skip and a jump from some of the best beaches in the country, or a quick stroll to renowned restaurants, cafes and bars at Casuarina, Salt Village, Kingscliff. Sensational parks are all around for the kids to play, or to sit and enjoy a summer picnic. One-hour day trips give you so many options to enjoy on your holiday, from the hinterland to the Gold Coast.
