Located in the exclusive Caves Ridge Estate, this beautifully appointed and well equipped accommodation has something for everyone. Take meandering walks through the wonderful gardens of the iconic Caves House, or a leisurely stroll to one of the most famous beaches in the Margaret River region - Yallingup beach. This contemporary and stylish two-storey home provides luxury accommodation for up to ten people, with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Upstairs has two bedrooms including the master suite, a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area, opening onto a timber verandah with stunning treetop views. Downstairs are three additional bedrooms, with another lounge area, and a handy kitchenette, perfect for larger groups or that late night cup of tea. Reverse cycle air-conditioning and an open fire ensure comfort all year round. The nearby leafy green gardens of historic Caves House and close proximity to Yallingup Beach, make this an ideal holiday base to explore local wineries, restaurants and art galleries of the region. The town of Dunsborough is less than 10 minutes' drive away for groceries and boutique retail therapy. Yallingup is an iconic South West coastal town. Famous for the surf and spectacular elevated Indian Ocean views towards Sugarloaf Rock in the north and Canal Rocks in the south. Yallingup Lagoon provides a beautifully, sheltered swimming area and the long sweeping beach is bordered by the pristine bushland of the Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park. Ngilgi Cave is nearby, and historic Caves House is located at the top of Yallingup hill. Lagoon cafe and restaurant is located near the beach, and you are close to many wineries, boutique breweries, art galleries and cellar doors. Yallingup is also close to Smiths Beach and Injidup Beach, and less than a 10 minute drive from the township of Dunsborough.
