Whitesands House is the perfect family beach house, that has been lovingly restored by local award-winning architects and designers. With multiple child friendly outdoor entertaining options including large grassy lawns, the home is directly across a quiet lane to a stunning sandy beach that only the locals know about. The space The whole family can spread out across three bedrooms including one King bedroom, one Queen bedroom, and one Bunk room. The Bunk room is perfect for kids with two sets of high quality bunks, with doubles on the bottoms and singles on the top, plus an additional single roll-away as well, easily accommodating a total of 5 in this space. There are also kids toys and games, a high chair and a porta cot available - just let us know what you need and we will happily accommodate you! There are plentiful living spaces at Whitesands House, plus a separate library room with a desk and with fast wifi to enable working from home. When it’s time to relax, there is a lovely lounge room with bay views and a smart TV, as well as a stunning enclosed balcony with additional seating to watch the boats cruise by in the day and incredible sunsets in the evening. Enjoy cooking up a meal in the chef's kitchen next to the stunning dining room, both with ornate ceilings and beautiful original detail. Whitesands House has a charm and warmth that is rarely found, in an idyllic beachside location that has something for the whole family. Guest access Access is to the entire house, which is the main property on Whitesands Estate, which also has a gorgeous self contained hotel-like studio which is fully separate and located around 30 metres away from the main house. For larger groups, please contact us to make an additional booking for the studio - The Boathouse at Whitesands - which accommodates up to four guests, and can be booked alongside Whitesands House to provide accommodation for a total of 13 guests across the two properties.
