3. Lift Replacement Work is scheduled to commence on April 14th, 2024, with an estimated completion date in mid-November 2024. During this period there will be 1 elevator in operation at any given time, which may cause some delays. We are committed to providing ongoing exceptional holiday experiences and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Rest assured that every effort will be made to minimise the impact to your stay.
Nevertheless, we have made and will continue to make every effort to ensure this important work can go ahead while causing minimal impact on your holiday.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of AUD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
