The house contains four studio apartments, two of which are on the ground floor, two on the first floor, are the same size, have a kitchenette, bathroom, double bed and two single beds, TV screen, air conditioning, free wifi. There are also three more triple rooms of the same size, they have a double bed and one single bed, a private bathroom, a common large terrace and a kitchen next to it - it is open. Each room has a separate refrigerator, TV screen, air conditioning, free wifi.

The property is located in a quiet location in Neum. The beach and the city center are about 1 km away. All other facilities such as restaurants, shops, bus station, pharmacy and the city center are 20 meters away, literally "down the stairs". A range of facilities is available at 20 meters.
