Prijatan i ugodan smještaj koji se nalazi u centru grada, na desnoj obali rijeke Drine. Apartman je na samo 200m od čuvenog mosta Mehmed paše Sokolovića "Na Drini ćuprija" i 100 m od kompleksa "Andrić grad". U sklopu novoizgrađenog objekta nalazi se picerija "Anika" koja nudi raznovrsnu ponudu hrane i pića. Apartman ima mogućnost rentanja bicikla.
