For example, the building has been made completely energy-neutral by means of solar panels, batteries in the ground, automatic sun blinds and 3 double-glazed windows. Besides the sleek and modern look of the building, much attention has also been paid to the rustic. For instance, guests can relax in the little green garden in the hotel's courtyard. ApartHotel Dénia is located just outside Lochristi Village. This has the advantage of being quieter but still having everything within easy reach. Lochristi is a thriving flower town with several walking and cycling paths through the famous begonias and azaleas. Lochristi is very easy to reach in all directions. A few minutes' drive and you are on the E17, E34, E40 and R4 motorways. This makes Antwerp and Ghent easy to reach, which is very interesting for our B2B clients. Aparthotel Dénia is also located between Lokeren and Ghent city centre/seaport, which is an interesting feature for business trips. Those who do not have a means of transport can very easily take bus line 78 at the ApartHotel, which runs from Lokeren to Ghent and vice versa.
